A solicitor admitted in Hong Kong, Kylie is a property specialist with experience in the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors and experience supporting investments in property adjacent businesses including proptech.
Before joining Serakai, Kylie was Associate Legal Counsel at Grosvenor Asia from 2020-2023, supporting the Senior Legal Counsel with transactions, corporate, legal and compliance matters across its businesses in Hong Kong, China and Japan. In her role she supported the successful consummation as well as exit of significant and complex investments in each of these markets, ongoing joint-venture oversight and governance, asset management and leasing and board secretarial and compliance. Kylie was previously with Mayer Brown as a member of their real estate practice and acted for leading developers, family offices and institutions in Hong Kong on their land and en bloc asset acquisitions, project conveyancing, and office, residential and retail leasing activities.
Expressing a genuine passion for community service, she co-founded a social incubator in Hong Kong and has actively supported charities targeting underprivileged children and local communities.
Kylie is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Business Administration (Law).
